EVA Foam Glued together with hot glue gun, this is my very first foam build, will sand it all down then harden it with maybe fiberglass? cant decide what to buy, and fiberglass seems expensive, ideas are more than welcome

Holy. Freaking. Cow. This is gonna look awesome when you have it all done. You have the shape perfect too! I have never used EVA foam (or many professional-like cosplay building materials), so I can't give you much advice on how to shape or bond anything to it. One suggestion I could make is the lip/edging of the pauldron (I think that's what this piece of armor's called) I to take either more of the foam or some other material and wrap that around a cord and stitch it to the edges, if that looks weird heat guns can help shaping foam.

Altogether, this looks great and I can't wait to see what you do with it.
